During a recent interview, Caleb McLaughlin<\/strong> says the rumor of a secret final episode of ‘Stranger Things’ was dumb while sharing his sincere opinions about the viral ‘Conformity Gate<\/strong>‘ theory.<\/p>\n

In conversations with The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, the young actor talked about his recent project starring in the new animated movie ‘GOAT<\/strong>‘ and more details behind the production of the fifth and final season of the Netflix<\/strong> series that took him to the top of fame.<\/p>\n

After Caleb McLaughlin joined his co-stars Finn Wolfhard<\/strong> and Gaten Matarazzo<\/strong> to joke about this viral theory on SNL<\/strong>, where fans assured that the final episode was an illusion created by Vecna and that it will officially conclude on a secret final episode on January 7th.<\/p>\n

The actor confessed that he thought that this was the fans’ way to cope with the finale of the beloved series that accompanied viewers for 10 years and said to the media, “At first, I thought the ‘Conformity Gate’ theory was dumb.”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

“I get that people want to live in this optimistic place of, ‘Oh, we want more Stranger Things,’ but I was like, ‘Guys, it’s over. It’s been ten years.'”<\/p>\n

“I think people missed the concept of what the show is when they were like, \u2018Oh, there’s going to be more.\u2019 No, that\u2019s just Mike\u2019s imagination. That\u2019s who he\u2019s always been, even in season one. It’s all just storytelling.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/figure>\n \n
