Deepfake technology uses artificial intelligence to manipulate images or videos by placing a person\u2019s face onto another body. In this case, the content created was pornographic and sexually explicit, made without consent.<\/p>\n<p>On January 25, 2026, the <strong>Uijeongbu District Court<\/strong> sentenced the man, identified as A, to one year and six months in prison, suspended for three years. This means he will not serve time unless he violates probation conditions.
