The royal couple sparked chatter after being spotted with two cocker spaniels. Fans believe the Prince and Princess of Wales decided to keep one of the puppies from their dog <strong>Orla\u2019s litter<\/strong>, giving the family a new furry friend. The snap showed the then-birthday boy, Prince William, surrounded by three tiny puppies from Orla&#8217;s litter on the grass.
