Recently, the Golden Maknae posed for the January edition of the Rolling Stone<\/a> cover and gave an interview where he talked about his upcoming projects with BTS, solo career, military service period, and current lifestyle.<\/p>\n

When talking about his self-care routine<\/strong> for his physical and mental health and the big changes he experienced after taking a break from music, Jungkook revealed that he spends his days thinking about food.<\/p>\n

“These days, I\u2019m on a diet and only eat one meal a day.”<\/p>\n

“So I really look forward to that one meal. I find myself thinking, \u2018What should I eat today?\u2019 and waiting with patience. When I finally eat, I feel a sense of achievement.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/figure>\n \n
