TikTok<\/strong> dropped its Year in Music recap<\/strong>, and KATSEYE<\/strong> came out on top with the full Global Artist of the Year crown! On December 9, 2025, the platform revealed just how much users have been enjoying KATSEYE\u2019s sound throughout the year, making them a strong TikTok act. Right behind them came Alan Arrieta, followed by Enhypen, Bad Bunny, Stray Kids, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Fuerza Regida, Billie Eilish, and Ariana Grande.<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift<\/strong> kept her social media traction strong, becoming the most saved artist of the year thanks to the Add to Music App feature. Sombr also had a glow up this year after Back to Friends became the most saved track, while Tate McRae\u2019s So Close to What ranked as the most saved album on the platform.<\/p>\n

TikTok also gave their flowers to EJAE<\/strong> as songwriter of the year and named Doechii\u2019s Anxiety as the music trend of 2025. The global charts were packed with retro surprises, including Connie Francis\u2019s 1962 track Pretty Little Baby taking the No. 1 spot among the Top 20 Songs Globally.
