The president of the platform&#8217;s original programs <strong>Craig Erwich<\/strong> told the website Vulture that the series opened \u201c<em><strong>a good distance<\/strong><\/em>\u201d of public in relation to the others on HULU.<\/p>\n<p>The company has in its catalog series such as \u201c<strong>Modern Family<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>Atlanta<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Brookyn Nine-Nine<\/strong>\u201d. They become involved in the investigation of the mysterious death of a <strong>neighbor<\/strong> in the building they live in New York.<\/p>\n<p>The leading trio also works behind the scenes: they are executive producers of the series. Steve Martin is one of the screenwriters, along with<strong> John Hoffman<\/strong>. Steve Martin said in the interview that he had the idea for the series ten years ago. He is one of the co-creators with the screenwriters.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em><strong>I had this idea of \u200b\u200bthree old men in a building. (\u2026) When I spoke to Martin, he said to me: &#8216;you know, we are old&#8217;. And then Selena joined us, a brilliant idea<\/strong><\/em>\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the public success, the series also debuted with critical success. She has 100% <strong>approval<\/strong> on the Rotten Tomato website, based on 69 published reviews.
