Reports confirmed on October 29th, 2025, that she purchased a villa in the ultra-exclusive<strong> L\u2019ARBRE 27 complex<\/strong> in <strong>Seoul\u2019s Gangnam<\/strong> district. The complex is home to some of South Korea\u2019s biggest names, including HYBE founder Bang Si Hyuk, who will now be her neighbor.<\/p>\n<p>The L\u2019ARBRE 27 complex has only 27 units, all built for maximum privacy and elegance. Prices range from around 14 million to over 31 million USD, with the top penthouses ranking among the most expensive in the country.
