G-Dragon<\/strong>\u2019s music agency, Galaxy Corporation, has taken a step ahead against the malicious comments online, a common and unethical behavior. This time, the company and Yulchon LLC<\/strong> have joined forces to combat this major issue for the Kpop industry.<\/p>\n

On September 12, G-Dragon’s agency gave an update on combating malicious comments and the spread of false rumors<\/strong>. The music agency stated that they\u2019re ready to defend G-Dragon\u2019s rights from groundless false information.<\/p>\n

The company also stated that fans’ reports and their own efforts when it comes to monitoring have been fruitful. They are actively cooperating with the investigative authorities to respond to these matters. The new association with Yulchon LLC, one of the leading law firms in South Korea, will take both civil and criminal complaints against malicious comments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We sincerely thank you for the interest and affection you show toward our artist, G-DRAGON (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Artist’).<\/p>\n

We would like to provide an update regarding the legal actions being taken in response to rights infringement caused by groundless false information<\/strong> and malicious posts targeting the Artist.<\/p>\n

Through both fan reports and our own continuous monitoring, we have confirmed the ongoing spread of false information, malicious slander, and defamatory posts about the Artist. We have been actively cooperating with the investigative authorities to respond to these matters.<\/p>\n

We have appointed Yulchon LLC, one of Korea\u2019s top four law firms, and are carefully monitoring online communities and social media to collect related evidence. Reports submitted by fans are also being actively used as crucial grounds for our legal actions.<\/p>\n
