The matter remains a topic of public debate, which is why King Charles III is pleading to s<strong>lim down<\/strong> the monarchy and cut costs as he seeks to ensure the institution\u2019s survival.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the decision regarding the Royal Train comes after the <strong>Royals\u2019 funding is relatively small when compared to the overall cost of the British state<\/strong>.
