According to sources, the couple started renting out their luxurious $15 million<strong> Montecito mansion<\/strong> in February 2025, months before they announced the end of their engagement. But Westcott, who was later diagnosed with Huntington\u2019s Disease, tried to rescind the deal, claiming mental incapacity. A judge eventually ruled he was of sound mind when he sold it. Despite winning the battle, it\u2019s unclear if Perry and Bloom ever even lived in the house full-time before putting it up for rent.<\/p>\n<p>The home was supposed to be the couple\u2019s fairy tale castle. After getting engaged in 2019 and welcoming daughter Daisy Dove in August 2020, the singer said they\u2019d build a life together there. But as soon as 2025, the tables turned.
