Despite Ye\u2019s claims, paparazzi pics from January in Japan seem to say otherwise, as he was photographed with son <strong>Saint<\/strong> in January.\u00a0The pair\u2019s divorce settlement from 2021 grants joint custody, with the rapper obliged to pay $200K in child support.<\/p>\n<p>So far, Kim\u2019s legal team hasn\u2019t clapped back at the accusations. This custody drama comes hot on the heels of Ye\u2019s controversy due to his music. Last month, he released \u201c<strong>Cousins<\/strong>,\u201d a track where he details an incestual relationship with a male cousin.
