They even named December \u201cDecember\u201d in honor of Kim Taehyung, better known as <strong>V<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>V is currently enlisted in the South Korean military ahead of the celebrations of his 29th birthday. It was also reported the project includes<strong> 50 streetlight banners<\/strong> arranged by the fanbases BTS V Union and V Inside. While an additional 20+ tarpaulin banners were coordinated by other fan pages.<\/p>\n<p>The banners were designed with heartfelt messages such as<strong><em> \u201cHappy Birthday Taehyung\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>and <strong><em>\u201cMiracle of Winter V.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> K-Netizens have already spotted several banners for BTS\u2019 V and surely he will spot them as well pretty soon.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">A local who was travelling near Taehyung&#8217;s military base posted about seeing his birthday banners.
