After another victory in the <strong>Court<\/strong> of Los Angeles, the singer, now, awaits the hearing that can end, definitively, her curatorship, on November 12th .<\/p>\n<p>This Wednesday, September 29th, judge <strong>Brenda Penny<\/strong> decided to suspend the singer&#8217;s father, Jamie Spears, from the curatorship&#8217;s financial and asset management after 13 years. Public accountant <strong>John Zabel<\/strong> will take his place until the hearing that could end the guardianship. He will review the trusteeship documents and give a financial opinion until the next hearing.<\/p>\n<p>The decision is a major victory for the Free Britney movement and paves the way for Jamie&#8217;s permanent <strong>removal<\/strong> in the coming days.
