Boris Johnson <\/strong>has never held back, especially when it came to King Charles lll<\/strong>– A new book by political writer Tim Shipman, “Out: How Brexit Got Done and the Tories Were Undone<\/strong>,” spills the royal tea on Johnson\u2019s take on the King\u2019s stance on Britain\u2019s colonial history. It looks like he wasn\u2019t exactly thrilled about Charles\u2019 \u201cwoke\u201d perspective.<\/p>\n

The book reveals that before Queen Elizabeth<\/strong> passed, Charles (then the Prince of Wales) voiced his opinion on the government\u2019s controversial plan to deport asylum seekers to Rwanda, calling it \u201cappalling.\u201d This apparently didn\u2019t sit well with Johnson, who was all about enforcing the policy. At the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Kigali, King Charles was allegedly concerned that his move would create tension.<\/p>\n
