In a recent article for the Daily Mail<\/strong>, it has been revealed what is the diet of King Charles III<\/strong> and Camilla Parker<\/strong>, according to cookbook author and son of the Queen, Tom Parker<\/strong>, who knows quite well the dietary routine of the monarchs.<\/p>\n

Tom assured that the king “Practices what he preaches<\/strong><\/em>” and confirmed that usually the monarch’s pantry is full of the “seasonal bounty of the royal estates<\/strong><\/em>” and revealed that Charles III “doesn’t eat lunch at all<\/em><\/strong>” as he follows an old family tradition in which he substitutes that meal to wait for afternoon tea.<\/p>\n

The author of the book explained that the afternoon tea is served religiously at 5 PM and can be accompanied by “Sandwiches filled with chicken, smoked salmon, ham and mustard<\/strong><\/em>“. Another option could be “Macaroons, scones, wafers, biscuits, petit fours, pralines, Chelsea buns, and shortbread, along with bridge rolls<\/strong><\/em>“, being the king’s favorite option.<\/p>\n
