Mother and daughter looked flawless as they attended the coronation of King Charles III<\/strong> at Westminster Abbey on May 6, 2023; however, one detail that caught a lot of attention was that during the event the Princess of Wales and her daughter did not wear a tiara on their heads as they were expected to do.<\/p>\n

Traditionally, close relatives of the monarch would wear a diamond headdress or crown during a coronation ceremony, but the princesses decided to wear a more reserved accessory made of silver ingots, crystals, and silver threads, designed by Jess Collett<\/strong><\/em> with Sarah Burton<\/strong> for Alexander McQueen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
