The show, Hosted by Megan Thee Stallion at the UBS Arena in New York, had the two groups taking home some dazzling Moon Persons.<\/p>\n<p>On one hand,\u00a0SEVENTEEN clinched the <strong>Best Group<\/strong> award, continuing the K-pop dominance in the category previously won by BTS BLACKPINK and Lisa.
