She also added that one of the most recurring thoughts of the then Princess of Wales was, &#8220;<em><strong>Why does he not love me? I really don&#8217;t understand<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>After learning of King Charles&#8217; infidelity, Princess Diana turned to her friend and dance teacher, saying, &#8220;<em><strong>I just don&#8217;t know what to do, Anne.
