With this, both the agency and LE SSERAFIM score a major win by protecting the fierce quintet from online defamation.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, the label aimed for a <strong>criminal lawsuit<\/strong> but was ultimately denied. Following this, they shifted their focus to a<strong> civil lawsuit<\/strong>, and the California court granted their plea on August 20.
