Under South Korean traffic laws, drunk drivers with a blood alcohol level of 0.2% or higher <strong>can receive a fine between $14,000 or a prison sentence of two to five years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Yongsan district is <strong>committed<\/strong> to justice, particularly after BTS\u2019 Suga and BigHit Music lied about the amount of beer Suga consumed before the accident.
