The idol is facing several consequences regarding his DUI, including the rejection and outrage from the K-Netizens and some fans. The Yongsan Police station made a series of declarations that are under a negative light for the beloved idol.<\/p>\n<p>The police stated the electric scooter driven by Suga is not considered a<em> \u201cpersonal mobility device\u201d<\/em> but a vehicle. A personal mobility device is defined as a device with a maximum speed of 25 km per hour (15.53 mph) and weight under 30kg. Ultimately, the Yonsan Police stated that he can be subject to <strong>criminal punishment<\/strong> for driving under the influence.<\/p>\n<p>It was also reported that BTS\u2019 Suga is not going to receive any additional punishment from the military as he is enlisted in the South Korean military.
