The &#8220;High School Musical&#8221; superstar was found by two staff members who pulled him from the water in the villa where he was staying.<\/p>\n<p>The incident took place on Friday night, with the actor receiving medical attention immediately. Fortunately, one of Zac Efron&#8217;s representatives confirmed that the incident was &#8220;<em><strong>minor<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; and that he was hospitalized as a precautionary measure.
