However, they still have their disagreements and disputes every now and again. Recently, it was reported that the pair had a dispute over helipcotre use regarding the Wales family\u2019s safety.<\/p>\n<p>The royal expert, Robert Jobson, who is set to release his new book titled, <em>\u201cCatherine, The Princess of Wales,\u201d<\/em> revealed they had a tense argument. Ultimately, King Charles III reportedly dew up a waiver for Prince William to sign in after he completely refused to stop flying with his family.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p>&#8220;Charles insisted that he sign a formal \u00addocument, acknowledging the risks involved and taking<strong> full responsibility<\/strong> for his actions.
