Allegedly, the 44-year-old man came to the United Kingdom with just \u00a3800 and a sleeping bag. He expected to find the actor by loitering around the University of Oxford\u2019s English department.<\/p>\n<p>However, this is not the first time Busto has tried to get close to the &#8220;<em>Harry Potter<\/em>&#8221; protagonist. Last September, he was arrested in <strong>New York<\/strong> for allegedly breaking into a fashion show dressing room, loudly declaring his intention to marry Emma Watson.
