The popular luxury condo on NYC\u2019s Billionaires\u2019 Row had a particular note on its deed, which caused commotion among the royal followers.<\/p>\n<p>The signature of Robert McCubbing, the Senior Trade Commissioner and Director of Trade and Investment at the Consulate General of Canada in New York appeared in the city records<strong>. McCubbing explains why King Charles III\u2019s name appeared, stating that this is the standard procedure, given the royal\u2019s status as the \u201cHead of State of Canada,\u201d with Canada being a nation of the British Commonwealth.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n        <blockquote><p>\u201cHis name is used on<strong> legal documentation<\/strong>. It\u2019s a function of Canada being a constitutional monarchy.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/figure>\n        \n<p>Robert McCubbing also explained that King Charles III wouldn\u2019t<strong> utilize<\/strong> the residence himself.
