Last year, they were spotted\u00a0enjoying the Fourth of July parade in their hometown, with Harry carrying little Lilibet, who looked cute in a blue paisley-print dress. The family blended in with the Santa Barbara locals, seeing vintage cars and community floats roll by.<\/p>\n<p>However, the <strong>Duke<\/strong> and <strong>Duchess of Sussex<\/strong> are known for keeping the public guessing. For example, in 2022 they swapped the Santa Barbara public scene for Jackson Hole Valley in <strong>Wyoming<\/strong>. Back then, the former royal family celebrated the Fourth of July with Meghan&#8217;s longtime friend, Heather Dorak.
