It has been confirmed that six months after the last ruling in his favor, Prince Harry<\/strong> was accused of ‘deliberately destroying’ crucial evidence in the privacy breach case<\/strong> he won in December, from which he received $180,700 for the consequences to his image.<\/p>\n

Judge Timothy Fancourt<\/strong>, presiding judge, said that suppressing evidence when the case was already underway was ‘quite serious<\/strong>‘ and asked the royals to produce all records of communication with the Duke of Sussex during that time, where he exchanged information with his ghostwriter of the memoir ‘Spare<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Prince Harry’s lawyer, David Sherborne, said, “NGN’s tactical and sluggish approach to disclosure wholly undermines the deliberately sensational assertion that the claimant [Harry] has not properly carried out the disclosure exercise<\/strong><\/em>” and added, “This is untrue.
