In a chapter of his book &#8220;<em><strong>Battle of Brothers<\/strong><\/em>,&#8221; the writer claims Princess Diana &#8220;never had much time&#8221; for the American TV host. Back then, Oprah Winfrey had lost about 40 pounds through a new diet, so the late Princess asked her chef, Darren McGrady, to cook his<strong> tomato mousse<\/strong>. Cheekily, Diana told the chef to serve the TV host the <strong>full-fat version<\/strong> with heavy cream and mayonnaise, while she ate the fat-free version.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Simmons, a friend of Diana, told the author that Princess Diana felt uncomfortable with Oprah Winfrey, thinking she was only about sensationalism in the royal family.
