Instead, the lucky one is<strong> Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp<\/strong>, keeping the dazzling home for the Spencer family since 1508.<\/p>\n<p>While the late Princess&#8217; 13 million fortune and some iconic jewels did go to her sons, her Althorp paradisiac place is a different story. Managed by her brother, <strong>Earl Charles Spencer<\/strong>, the estate follows the rules of primogeniture, which prefers the eldest male in the family.
