The pop star claimed he had just \u201cone martini\u201d before being detained, but he failed sobriety tests and was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving on June 18th.<strong> In charge of the arrest was Michael Arkinson, an assertive Gen Z police officer, who is three months into his job.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Despite his rookie status, Michael Arkinson has gained a reputation among <strong>Hampton<\/strong> residents for his strict law enforcement. He graduated from the police academy in 2022 and was promoted to a full-time officer job in Sag Harbor, after working as a part-time traffic control officer while in high school.<\/p>\n<p>Funny enough, the 24-year-old officer had not even been born when Justin Timberlake rose to fame with <strong>NSYNC<\/strong> and was way too young during the singer&#8217;s solo career peak. So, as &#8220;<em>The Cry Me A River<\/em>&#8221; hitmaker was being detained, he claimed the arrest would &#8220;ruin&#8221; his upcoming tour.
