First of all, the Prince announced his US residency and relinquished his UK residency, and now he has won the heated legal confrontation he had for months against the publisher of the Sun Newspaper.<\/p>\n<p>The Duke of Sussex is being a trending topic everywhere for all the right and wrong reasons. The Sun Newspaper asked the High Court judge to <strong>delay<\/strong> the trial until next January. Harry\u2019s lawyer, David Sherborne, said the former working royal is subject to the same issues which makes it <strong>impossible<\/strong> for them to go ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately,<strong> Prince Harry may be forced to settle a claim against Sun Publisher due to legal costs<\/strong>.
