She confirmed that <strong>she will be having chemotherapy treatment<\/strong> and that she wanted and still wants to manage the situation privately.<\/p>\n<p>Kate Middleton affirms in a very positive statement that she is fine and is focusing on the healing process, and that she is <strong>eager to come back to her duties<\/strong> as soon as possible.
