“After four treatments, we didn’t see any difference and everyone wanted me to change, but I was like, ‘Let’s just go with it and we’ll see,'” she said on the podcast. “After the sixth or seventh treatment, we saw it break the blood-brain barrier. Do I consider it a miracle? Yes. To me, that’s a miracle right now, that I rolled the dice and said, ‘Let’s move on.'”<\/p>\n

\u201cThat it\u2019s actually breaking down that blood-brain barrier is actually a miracle of that drug, a miracle of maybe God intervening and saying, \u2018I\u2019m gonna give her a break,’\u201d she continued. \u201cSometimes you\u2019re looking for miracles in all the wrong places, and they\u2019re right in front of your face.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/figure>\n \n

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star recently appeared on the podcast Let’s Be Informative…with Dr. Mirhadi, hosted by her radiation oncologist, Dr. Amin Mirhadi.<\/strong> During the episode, Doherty discussed her stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis, her treatment and how to cope with it. Doherty revealed that she was receiving a new cancer infusion during the talk, which she wished to keep under wraps for the time being.<\/p>\n
