When a person goes to see one of their favorite artists live, they expect the experience to be the best because each of the ticket costs are high, not taking into account the location, transportation and even lodging, so going to a concert becomes a very big effort, so usually the artist is required to deliver what they are promising, and apparently that would be affecting Madonna as fans<\/strong> have shown that they are quite upset with the artist because of the professionalism she has shown in her shows.<\/p>\n

This information comes from Variety,<\/strong> which claims that the pair also cite late start times for Madonna’s 2016 and 2019-2020 tours, along with her other shows at the Barclays Center last month. They argue that this is all part of a “long history of arriving and starting her concerts late,”<\/em> which is what they refer to as a “gratuitous exercise in false advertising.” Fans also report that, after the concert, they discovered “limitations on public transportation, limitations on carpooling and\/or increased public and private transportation costs” as a result of the delayed start and end of the concert. Now, the couple is trying to turn this into a class action lawsuit because of this alleged history of “negligent misrepresentation”<\/em> in connection with Madonna’s concerts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the lawsuit, the men claim that they “encountered limited public transportation, limited ridesharing and\/or increased public and private transportation costs” when the show ended at 1 a.m. The men are claiming that they “<\/em>encountered limited public transportation, limited ridesharing and\/or increased public and private transportation costs” when the show ended at 1 a.m. Tickets indicated that the show would start at 8.30pm, but Madonna did not take the stage until after 10.45pm.<\/p>\n

“Madonna had demonstrated a frivolous difficulty in guaranteeing a timely or complete performance, and the defendants were aware that any statement as to the start time of a show constituted, at best, optimistic speculation,” the lawsuit reads.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/figure>\n \n
