However, not everything has been a fairy tale for the Colombian singer, as she was harassed by an individual who ultimately got <strong>arrested<\/strong> outside her Miami Beach home.<\/p>\n<p>Shakira\u2019s security director told the police that the 56-year-old, Daniel John Valtier, made a series of posts around the new year claiming to be <strong>married<\/strong> to Shakira. Even though Shakira\u2019s security team asked Valtier to stop sending gifts and posting misinformation, he didn\u2019t stop and things became more<strong> alarming<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On January 3, the suspect posted a business card from a hotel in the Florida Panhandle, claiming he was<strong> coming<\/strong> to Shakira\u2019s house. Immediately, the authorities arrested Valtier on charges of misdemeanor stalking and hiring a vehicle with intent to defraud.
