The CD sold 1,975,364 copies in one week &#8211; the highest number recorded by any release in 2021 on the <strong>Hanteo Chart<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, \u201cButter\u201d also registered the fourth biggest week of CD release in South Korea.<\/p>\n<p> Detail: the three biggest ones are also all by BTS \u2013 \u201c<strong>Map of the Soul<\/strong>: 7\u201d (3.37 million copies in one week), \u201cBE\u201d (2.27 million) and \u201cMap of The Soul: Persona\u201d (2.<\/p>\n<p>13 million).<\/p>\n<p>The BTS is a name that can get right both in digital sales as in physics.<\/p>\n<p> The group broke another sales record in Japan. The physical version of the single \u201cButter\u201d on CD debuted at #1 on Japan&#8217;s album chart, <strong>Oricon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>With this, BTS became the first foreign artist to have nine albums topping the Oricon album chart.<\/p>\n<p> The CD of the single \u201cButter\u201d \u2013 which also features the B-Side \u201c<strong>Permission To Dance<\/strong>\u201d and instrumental versions \u2013 took the lead with 195,000 copies sold between the 12th and 18th of July.<\/p>\n<p>Other than that, the single \u201cButter\u201d topped the Oricon streaming chart in Japan for eight consecutive weeks in May.
