TXT’s Yeonjun is ready to shine as a solo artist with a new EP on Good Morning America Summer Concert Series

The TXT member will release his second solo project before making another major television appearance in the United States

Big Hit Music is preparing the next chapter of TXT’s Yeonjun solo journey with the release of his second mini-album, No Labels: Part 02, on Friday, July 10, 2026. The new EP arrives about eight months after his previous solo release and continues to expand his reach outside TXT. The company also confirmed that Yeonjun will perform on ABC’s Good Morning America Summer Concert Series on August 7, 2026. With this appearance, he will become the second KPop solo act to perform on the program after BTS member Jungkook.

Yeonjun’s upcoming EP features six tracks led by the title track “Ice Cream,” a funk rock-inspired tune that compares a sweet but emotionally distant relationship to ice cream. The song combines vintage drums, bass, and Spanish-style guitar sounds to create a bright summer atmosphere. In addition, Yeonjun helped craft the choreography, using smooth movements inspired by melting ice cream. Meanwhile, the rest of the project explores diverse genres, including rap rock, funk rock, R&B, pop, and alternative hip hop. The artist also contributed lyrics for the tracks “Baby Wassup?” and “Long Way Long Ride.”

Before the mini-album officially arrives, Yeonjun will hold a release party in Seoul on Thursday, July 9, 2026. During the event, he will perform “Ice Cream” for the first time and introduce the album’s B-side tracks. He will also speak with fans about the creative process behind the project in a talk session. Since launching his solo career with the mixtape Ggum in 2024 and releasing No Labels: Part 01, Yeonjun has continued building an individual identity that is ready to expand with No Labels: Part 02.
