For two decades straight, the idols have experienced ups and downs in their journey, but they are still steady and ready to celebrate another amazing anniversary, marking their 20th anniversary this year.
On July 22, as part of the big rollout of BIGBANG’s 20th debut anniversary, the idols wanted to reward the fans’ unwavering support over the years with a special, free fan event hosted by Coupang Play. Titled “Coupang Play X BIGBANG 20th Anniversary X Han River Collaboration.”

The event will unfold on August 19 at 8 PM KST at the picturesque Yeouido Han River Park Water Light Stage in Seoul. The event will become a pivotal moment for the idols’ careers as it aims to enhance the connection with the K-Netizens amid the group’s highly anticipated upcoming world tour.
Attendees will embark on a journey through BIGBANG’s two-decade legacy in an immersive way as they will be DJ-reinterpreting iconic hit songs, compelling history, and video chronicling their illustrious career and reminding the audience that BIGBANG is still there over the years. All seats for this special anniversary event are free. Reservations open on July 28 at 7 PM KST, exclusively through the Coupang Play mobile app.
