Taylor Swift has confirmed that the music video for her most recent single Opalite, will be released on February 6, 2026. The video will premiere first on Spotify and Apple Music at 8:00 a.m,. and a wider release on YouTube will follow on February 8, 2026.
The video is part of Taylor Swift’s album The Life of a Showgirl and comes after the first and main single, The Fate of Ophelia. However, fans will have to wait and confirm whether the Opalite music video will be the same version that was shown during Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl in theaters. Some fans and viewers are expecting a newly edited cut created for the occasion, but nothing has been confirmed so far.
The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 after its release on October 3, 2025, and remained at the top of the chart for 12 weeks. During its first week in the United States, it reached 4.002 million equivalent album units, according to Luminate. To accompany the video, Taylor Swift also announced a limited seven-inch vinyl single of “Opalite,” available for purchase for only 48 hours on her official store, adding a special touch of exclusivity to the release.
