Stray Kids are set to welcome Lunar New Year 2026 with a special TV appearance on KBS’s upcoming variety program Seolbim, according to reports released on December 12, 2025. The show’s title refers to the tradition of wearing new clothes during the holiday, symbolizing fresh starts and celebration. All eight members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N are expected to make an appearance at the special.
Unlike typical studio-based programs, Seolbim will focus on a relaxed, reality-style format that captures idols in their natural daily moments. STAYs (that’s the name Stray Kids fans have) can expect playful energy, casual conversations, and a more personal glimpse at Stray Kids outside the stage. This kind of format has always suited the boy group, who are known for the brotherly chemistry and variety-show entertainment skills.
The timing could not be better for this year-beginning special. Stray Kids are currently riding on peak momentum as they enter their 8th year as a group. Their album Karma peaked at No.1 on its debut week on the Billboard 200, while DO IT landed at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 dated December 13, following a No. 1 debut. With achievements stacking up and a holiday special on the way, Stray Kids are clearly both ending and starting these two years on a high note!
