The rapper thought that the fan had been the one to pull I.N. down by pulling him, and his face immediately turned sour, giving the fan a death look that later went viral on social networks, generating hate against the fan and a bigger misunderstanding.
Hours later, Han seemingly understood the situation due to his sharing a message through his fan chat explaining the truth: “Yesterday at the fan meeting, I.N. almost fell while walking up the stairs, and a STAY grabbed his hand to help him. However, I misunderstood the situation, and I think I caused her great disrespect.”
“I know she was there to have fun at the fan meeting, and I feel so sorry that she left with a bad memory because of me. I want to tell her how truly sorry I am.”
The idol took responsibility for his actions, recognizing his power position, and assured this won’t happen again to avoid putting someone in a difficult situation, in particular for a misunderstanding.
“I know that even a single facial expression or word I say during a performance can put someone in a very difficult situation, but I must have momentarily forgotten that.
Regardless of the circumstances at the time, there is no excuse for my poor judgment and wrong actions, so I will act more responsibly in the future.”
