Festival fashion takes center stage at Governors Ball
Stray Kids and KATSEYE were among the artists making fans go crazy at Governors Ball 2026, which officially began on June 5, 2026, at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in New York City. The festival brought together major performers from different musical genres for a stacked weekend. This year’s lineup has a strong presence with KPop and KPop-adjacent acts taking a main role in the festival.

KATSEYE delivered one of the festival’s most colorful looks
Among the most talked-about groups on the opening day was KATSEYE. The quintet appeared in coordinated polka dot outfits styled by Katie Qian, with each member wearing a different accent color to create a unified but still personal look. In addition, the members wore special “I♥NYC” shirts written in their native languages, showing their love for the city. They thanked the public, saying they could feel everyone’s amazing energy.

Stray Kids closed a challenging second day in style
Weather concerns affected part of the festival on June 6, 2026, leading to schedule changes and several canceled performances. Despite the difficulties, Stray Kids successfully took the stage after their set was moved earlier in the day. Performing without member Seungmin, the “CASE 143” hitmakers wore coordinated outfits featuring red, white, black, and denim elements. Their appearance became one of the highlights of the shortened festival schedule. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s Jennie and other major artists are still set to perform for the event’s final day on Sunday, June 7.
