Fortunately, SEVENTEEN’s music agency, PLEDIS Entertainment, announced that Hoshi has successfully undergone surgery for a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee and is currently recovering.
Hoshi enlisted in September 2025 and is scheduled to be discharged in March 2027. However, the idol will temporarily step back from scheduled activities to prioritize his health.
