School activities create extra morning stress
The Prince explained that Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis all have busy routines. He said mornings can get complicated when music lessons are involved because instruments like guitars need to fit in the car before school. Prince William joked that there are always conversations about who is sitting where, whether friends will be joining them, and who gets to listen to certain music during the drive.
“If there’s a guitar lesson, we go in the morning, a music lesson, you’ve got to get guitar on the car. ‘No, we’re not taking the guitar, we’re sitting back for school.’ ‘Are we boarding and we’re not? Seeing friends? No, we’re not.’ So there’s all that going on in the morning,” he revealed.

During the interview, Amanda Holden asked if the Prince’s children enjoy snacks during car rides. Prince William revealed that jam sandwiches are their favorite family choice and then joked that Louis regularly leaves sticky jam fingerprints all over the car after eating them. Prince William also sparked chatter about Prince George’s future education when he mentioned that George was currently boarding. The comment raised new questions about where the future king may continue his studies after Lambrook School, or whether he would make a different choice as he grows older.
