NCT 127 members wear matching jackets at Incheon Airport, hinting at a possible new music era

The jackets included messages about the group staying together and a possible August 2026 comeback

NCT 127 members Taeyong, Johnny, Jaehyun, Yuta, and Haechan sparked attention after appearing at South Korea’s Incheon Airport in matching jackets. Their airport outfits quickly became a topic among fans because the jackets carried a clear message about the group’s identity and future. Each member styled the same piece in their own way, but the matching detail tied all their looks together.

See the members wearing the jackets below:

The jacket had a small NCT 127 design on the front, along with the birth years of the seven active members remaining in the group: Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Haechan. Doyoung and Jungwoo’s birth years were highlighted in green, which appeared to point to their current military service. The back of the jacket carried the message, “We stay together. Still here, NCT 127.” Another line at the top read, “Everything all at once. Neo.”

NCTzens (that is one of the names NCT fans have) also noticed a hidden green message that said, “maybe.. 2026 AUGUST :)” and quickly began guessing what the words could mean. Some fans believe it may point to a comeback date, while others think it could hint at a tour or another group activity in August 2026. The jackets also arrived shortly after fans celebrated Jaehyun’s return from military service, who was officially discharged on May 3, 2026.

This stylish appearance from the NCT 127 members comes after Mark Lee had announced his departure from NCT (including NCT 127, NCT U, and NCT DREAM as the groups he was part of) in April 2026 after the end of his contract with SM Entertainment. In addition, former member Taeil was removed from NCT following his involvement in a sexual abuse case, for which he was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison in October 2025.
