G-Dragon is back at the eye of the hurricane after a series of malicious posts badly damaged his reputation. The ongoing controversy is escalating rapidly as some media outlets have also spread the unproven rumors.
On March 24 KST, G-Dragon filed lawsuits not only against individuals that spreads misinformation but also against some of the online media platforms that raised allegations about him. G-Dragon’s company even made a short statement to MHN Sports, confirming the nature of the lawsuits.
“It is true that we have filed a lawsuit against the media operator.”
The media outlet in question is known to publish several articles damaging G-Dragon’s reputation by stating that he visits certain immoral locations. Despite G-Dragon having previously been cleared of all charges in a police investigation related to the allegations, his agency filed lawsuits against around 100 individuals for spreading false information and defamation, continuing a strong legal stance.
