CORTIS’ “REDRED” sets a new record on Spotify Korea’s daily top song charts

The rookie boy group, CORTIS, has earned big recognition in the Kpop scene with the release of their two mini-albums. On June 20, Spotify Korea announced that “REDRED” achieved its 50th number one ranking on the  Daily Top Song chart, marking the longest and most number one placements for a single boy group song since the chart began compiling data in early 2021. Then, BigHit Music, CORTIS’ music agency, confirmed the achievement on June 22 through a statement. 

The song has also showcased its success as it has already surpassed 100 million cumulative streams on Spotify by June 16. The song only took 57 days to achieve this amazing record, making it the fastest song by a boy group debuting in the last five years to reach this streaming count. CORTIS has maintained exceptional long-term success on music charts since their debut. This new musical project, CORTIS, is projected as the new promise of the Kpop scene.
