Through a recent update of their promotional schedule, BTS teases ‘Run BTS! 2.0,’ announcing the release date for the first trailer coming sooner than expected, exciting all fans around the world.
On March 29th, the official Instagram account of the boy group shared through its stories their promotional release set for Monday, March 30th, in their agenda for their new album ‘ARIRANG,’ confirming the return of their beloved variety show, including the seven members.
According to this update, they will be back with a new version of this show titled ‘Run BTS! 2.0,’ and the first trailer will be released on Monday, March 30th, at 09PM KST and Monday, March 30th, at 08AM ET, exciting all fans who wanted this show back again to see the members having fun and interacting together.
On social networks, fans have expressed their excitement for this comeback: “I was missing Run BTS so much today… God heard me,” “Can they drop the teaser right now?? ‘RUN! BTS’ had a hiatus of more than 4 years
The last season of the popular show was released in 2021, where the show ended with the 155th episode; however, after that season finale, the program did not disappear completely due to the boys releasing special episodes during 2022 and 2023.
Later, the show had a hiatus due to the members’ military service, and then its spin-off titled ‘RUN! JIN’ started following the oldest member making fun activities with special guests right after he was released from the army.
