Through a new update after the BTS Gwanghwamun concert, RM shares a gratitude message expressing all their feelings during this comeback and the welcome they received this day.
On March 21st KST, the boy group made the first concert for their new era, ‘ARIRANG,’ creating a huge ARMY reunion in Seoul but also making many ARMYs worldwide synchronize to watch the concert live on Netflix.
Now, the leader of BTS spoke up to share a group message to say, “Thank you to everyone who participated in the Gwanghwamun concert” and for waiting four years for this moment to reunite again and in a meaningful place like Gwanghwamun.
RM show their respect for the authorities for their hard work to “make it a safe performance without any major accidents.” He also expressed their apologies to “citizens who endured the inconveniences” due to the concert, like traffic and noise.
With this message he also expresses the boys’ gratitude towards all fans who have waited and trusted them for a long time as well as their feelings during the performance to the fans present in the crowd and those behind the screens through their Netflix live broadcast.
“We were even more moved by the way you were considerate of each other and enjoyed the performance in a mature and orderly manner despite the large number of people. As always, you are our greatest pride. I would like to express my sincere love and gratitude to ARMY around the world who sent me the same heart beyond the screen.”
The message concludes by remarking that they will return this love and support with more music in the future and saying, “I hope today’s hot memories will remain a pleasant gift in your daily life for a long time. We were really, really happy.”
