BTS announces the release date for ‘RUN! BTS 2.0’ in a new video showing the boys discussing the ideas for the new season of their beloved variety show.
On March 30th, the first teaser of the boy group show that follows the members through many adventures together, where they play games, interact, and show their true personalities, was released with a short video of the members very invested in the creation of this season.
The leader RM starts saying to give ‘RUN! BTS’ “a revamp.” The next scene shows Suga saying that variety show trends have changed so much, and then they continue saying ideas like filming at one of their members’ houses, playing guitar for 8 hours, and even returning to the military service.
The video concludes with the show logo and the release date set for April 7th of the current year, 2026, at 21:00pm KST.
BTS returns with ‘RUN! BTS’ after more than 4 years of hiatus.
The original show ended its emission with episode 155 in October 2021, but the series was so popular that boys made special episodes in 2022 and 2023. This was not all due to last year; after Jin’s military service release, he started his own version of the show ‘RUN! JIN.’
